Trullo (London) x Alameda Supper Club - Dec 5th

Chefs Chris Bianco and Lee Foden-Clarke are pleased to welcome chef Tim Siadatan of London's acclaimed Trullo and Padella restaurants to Alameda Supper Club for a very special evening. Trullo opened in June 2010, and serves a seasonally focused, Italian-inspired menu of antipasti, primi (pasta), oven and charcoal grill dishes; with simplicity as the hero. Padella features a short menu made up of handmade pasta dishes - pasta rolled by chefs each morning in the window before service - using traditional Italian techniques with quality British produce to make real, slow cooked sauces and Italian ragus. Together they perfectly complement the style of cooking at Alameda Supper Club! Chefs Tim and Lee will collaborate on a four-course menu that's a little British, a little Italian and featuring the very best of our local produce.
